Metallic epoxy floors in Santa Ana, CA
Showroom-level metallic floors for Santa Ana garages, shops and businesses. Every floor is designed with you first, ground down to fresh concrete, and finished by our owner Kevin.
Metallic Epoxy across Santa Ana
Santa Ana is one of the busiest cities we work in. We're based in Laguna Hills, a short drive up the 5, and our crews are in Santa Ana every month.
A lot of Santa Ana homes were built well before the 1980s, especially in neighborhoods like Floral Park, French Park, Wilshire Square and Park Santiago. Older slabs usually come with more cracks, oil stains and old paint or coatings. That's where prep matters most. We grind through all of it and repair the slab before any epoxy goes down, so the metallic finish has a solid base to bond to.
We also do commercial metallic floors for Santa Ana businesses: shops, showrooms, barbershops, salons, offices and warehouses.
What it is
A metallic floor is epoxy mixed with metallic pigment and worked by hand while it's wet. The pigment moves through the resin and settles into depth, veining and movement you can't get from paint or flake.
No two floors come out the same. You pick the colors and the look, and we design the floor around your space.

How we install a metallic epoxy floor
Metallic floors take at least 2 days, and most 2-car garages take about 3. Floors over 1,000 sq ft usually add another day.
Free Garage Design Consultation
We come out, measure, check the slab, and walk through colors and options with you. You get an upfront quote before anything is scheduled.
Clear the garage
Move cars, storage and shelving out before install day so we can work the whole slab.
Diamond grind
We grind the slab down to fresh, open concrete so the coating bonds into it instead of sitting on top.
Repair the slab
Cracks and divots get patched. Old coatings get removed. Uneven slabs get self-leveling concrete, and slabs with moisture get a vapor barrier.
Base coat
A pigmented epoxy base locks onto the prepped concrete.
Metallic coat
Kevin hand-works the metallic layer into the design you picked.
Clear sealer
We seal metallic floors with T2100 Primera, a wet-on-wet clear sealer that locks in the design. Anti-slip texture can be added.
Cure and move back in
We tell you exactly when you can walk on it and when you can park on it.
What customers say
They gave an upfront quote (some others won't until they see your garage), they were on time and on schedule throughout the project. The custom metallic floor design I opted for was finished off by the owner and couldn't be happier with how it turned out.
I was fortunate to have Ky and Travis strip, repair, and prep my 1958 (no rebar) garage floor. They had filled in Grand Canyon size cracks throughout the garage and never showed frustration with this complicated floor. They worked late into the evening to ensure they created a flawless canvas for the owner Kevin to epoxy his metallic masterpiece.
My garage looks like a Vegas showroom. They properly ground and prepped the concrete, explained the whole process, and made sure every detail was done right. You can tell they take real pride in their work and don't cut corners.
Questions we get a lot
How much does a metallic epoxy floor cost in Santa Ana?
It depends on the size of the space, the condition of the slab and the design. We price each floor as a full system, so there are no surprise add-ons later. You get an exact quote at your free consultation.
My garage slab is old and cracked. Can you still do metallic?
Yes. Older Santa Ana slabs are common for us. We grind, fill and level the cracks before any coating goes down.
Do you do commercial metallic floors in Santa Ana?
Yes. We've done warehouses, showrooms, barbershops, retail spaces and a pharmacy.
How long does it take?
At least 2 days, and plan on about 3 for most 2-car garages. Floors over 1,000 sq ft usually add another day.
Is metallic epoxy durable enough for a garage?
Yes, when the prep is done right. A full diamond grind and our T2100 Primera clear sealer are what make it hold up under cars, tools and foot traffic.
Is it slippery?
The finish is glossy, so we offer an anti-slip texture in the sealer. We recommend it for garages that get wet and for commercial floors.
Can I choose the colors and design?
Yes. We design every metallic floor with you at the consultation, and Kevin works the design in by hand on install day.
What's the warranty?
Every floor comes with our lifetime warranty.
